Smaller organizations have not historically been able to benefit from the type of research and analysis that large corporations are accustomed to. With smaller budgets and fewer resources in general, they have had to make decisions with less information than their larger counterparts. When we partner with Small Business owners and leadership teams, we chart out what types of research and analytics would be most beneficial to their business. We help them determine what would be feasible from both a financial and personnel standpoint, given their particular environment and situation. Our focus is on helping them put into place plans and processes to get the most out of their marketing research dollar as they grow as an organization. If advanced statistical analyses are necessary, we act as an adviser in setting the analysis up and providing training for them to do, over time, as much as possible themselves.
